Upon arrival to the Canyon Lake area Nov 1st, my black water tank needed to be replaced. Dan in parts contacted Grand Design for an OEM tank and within a few weeks, it was received. At this point, I worked with Todd in Service and a repair date was scheduled. I dropped unit off on a Monday morning and Tuesday late afternoon, Todd called and said my unit was ready to go! We scheduled a pickup the following morning. I just want to personality thank these gentlemen for absolutely taking care of me with the update phone calls and with the requested turn are time. Thank you again gentlemen. Merry Christmas!!
