We have been sent through the ringer on canceling a warranty for an RV we are selling. What's worse is we dont even want a check we just want a credit on the loan that THROUGH THEM. But instead they canceled without giving us our credit and when we call its "Ill take a message because no one is available", THEN the front desk lady just hangs up on you! Just send me to a manager instead because now Im just going to complain about you too! Horrible service, horrible practices, if they dont give us our credit within the next few weeks we will be getting a lawyer involved because this is ridiculous and its theft. They should be shut down not still scamming unsuspecting customers.

- CKChris KOct 10, 20251.0Frustrated with the communication from this dealership. Took my RV in for a recall and a service expecting some maintenance and needing to pay for updates. I was told I’d get a quote in email. I received a quote which on the lines of quote only stated the recall items and was a very minimal amount. I get a call when everything was complete stating everything was about $3000. Apparently the quote wasn’t where it was supposed to be on paperwork and it was hidden where it shouldn’t have been when I signed off. Service manager Daniel was nice enough to work a “deal” with me and took off almost $1000 as they did the “platinum package” but they cancelled some items due to the rework in price. I’ve had a little issue with the jacks which I’ve worked through, but most frustrating thing is a switch that was working fine prior to visit is no longer working right. It’s loose and probably needs replacement. Whether this was like or not prior it should’ve been fixed with the “platinum package” and should not have been delivered as such. The switch operates my main lights and needs tape to stay on currently. It took two calls, a voicemail, and an email for a final reply on email to bring the rv back. The dealership is over an hour away so this isn’t a walk in the park. I asked for details on if I could leave there as they were unsure how long it would take and nobody responded. 9.17 for that email. I decided whatever I’ll fix switch myself and just wanted clarity on what to order which was on 10.6 and I’ve gotten no reply. Completely frustrated here and feel I got scammed out of a few thousand dollars.
