    We called Jim for some maintenance on our Solitude 5th wheel. He was professional and very knowledgeable. He left us confident that our job was done right, and the cost was very reasonable. We would highly recommend him.

    Contacted Jim after the over the stove convection microwave in our 5th wheel stopped working. He gave advice on buying a replacement. Contacted him again after we received it and he arrived when he said he would to install it. He quickly removed the old unit and installed the new one. Installation required drilling several holes inside a cabinet and he used a portable shop vac to clean all the debris. Jim is a gem and we would highly recommend him.

    I contacted Jim about a water pressure issue I was having in the kitchen faucet of my Class A Motorhome. Jim came out to the RV Park within an hour. He determined that the issue was within the intake pipe, removed it, cleaned out sediment, blew out whatever sediment remained, and it was good as new. Jim was friendly and efficient. I would definitely recommend Jim for mobile RV service.

    I contacted Jim by phone and left a message. He promptly called me right back. I explained the problem. He asked great questions and said he could handle it. He made several phone calls and arranged a warranty claim for me. He came the next day and diagnosed the issue. He talked to mfg again and arranged a complete new refrigerator for me. When he came back with the refrigerator he was very conscientious about all the details. He has fabulous tools and is very knowledgeable. I am thrilled with his work and would highly recommend him. Thank you Jim.
