- JCJorge CantuNov 14, 20252.0Not happy with Kia service. I bought a brand new top of the line Telluride 3 months ago and my rotors already needed resurfacing. Service advisor tried to accuse me of driving too hard when I don't and when clearly it has to be a defect since the vehicle is still new. I showed her countless people online complaining about the same Kia defect but she wouldn't budge and made me pay for resurfacing. Which I need to go back because rotor issue still isn't fixed. Also I'll add that the service advisors at Kia lack customer service skills and personality. I also own an Escalade and when I visit Bert Ogden Cadillac it's an entirely different experience, I always get treated with warmth and excellent service.

Although it’s definitely more comfortable here the staff is not as welcoming to the clients as they are to their own co workers. They would say good morning to every co worker they saw however me and other customers were waiting in the waiting room and nothing was said or addressed to us. As a former business owner and veteran in the military greeting your customers and people are just as important as your co workers. l will return to this dealership even though it’s farther away because the work on my vehicle I requested was done to my satisfaction.

I did not appreciate having to take all the extra time off of work. On my first visit, after having to return 3 times to check on my vehicle I was told they had “accidentally” given my vehicle to the wrong customer. How does that happen? There are so many ways to avoid that mistake. Needless to say, very poor service here. I can’t even be sure they are doing the proper work on my vehicle.

Its like if you have to plan your day around them. I was helped in harlingen before and they were way faster and better service. I would give a 0 star if I could
