- SUSherwood UhrmacherJan 2, 20262.0I’ve had my 2025 Telluride in for the same problem for three times, and it has not been resolved. Either the GAS CAP, or the system it is part of, does not perform properly. The “Engine Check Light” comes on, particularly after refueling. As per your instructions, I DO NOT over fill the tank. At this point, I don’t know if there is a serious problem with the vehicle, like low oil, or a transmission problem. Since the vehicle is my only means of traveling, I can’t afford to bring my vehicle in every time the Engine Chdck light comes on. At this latest visit, your maintenance staff said that the gas cap was OK. If that’s the case something else is wrong in that system, and nothing was done to repair it. That’s very poor customer service, when someone hands your car keys to you and shrugs their shoulders!
- ACA CDec 30, 20251.0Good job on oil change to date but they overcharged me by at least $10 and said I needed to show them their service prices that were listed online (note it's not a coupon it's their regularly scheduled prices listed out) before the service like everyone has time to research the prices before putting their car in. This "advisor" is particularly bad. One time she charged me $1000 an hour of labor. The manager was not present, he was at the Mazda place so I couldn't talk to him. The other Bert Ogden (Harlingen) is also horrible they don't have appointments until another 5 weeks. Clearly I need to find another place for oil changes...
