    I recently purchased a vehicle and was very unsatisfied with the professionalism and customer service being provided. When I went the next day to pick up the vehicle, it wasnt properly clean nor washed which shows how lazy, careless and unprofessional the staff are in meeting the customer satisfaction/experience. I asked the sales person of the poor cleaning effort and he replied it's been clean and didn't seem to care nor apologize of their lack of service. I was also told I was going to have a final walk through of the vehicle to see everything was in good condition which the sales person failed to provide. My overall experience with Bert Ogden recently has been disappointing due to their lack of effort in providing great customer service.

    Reached out for help on an issue that has been ongoing since 2022 and was treated like an inconvenience instead of a customer. I was given attitude for their failure to keep records, then the representative did what unprofessional people do best — hung up. If this was a recorded line, leadership should be mortified. This employee is a liability, not an asset, and this interaction perfectly demonstrates why accountability and proper training are clearly lacking. Your staff didn’t just provide terrible service — they lost my personal property , then had the audacity to give attitude instead of accountability. That level of negligence is unacceptable and shows a complete disregard for other people’s belongings. This issue has gone unresolved for years, not because it’s difficult, but because your employees are careless, unprofessional, and incapable of handling basic responsibility. Losing someone’s property is not a “mistake” — it’s incompetence. The fact that this behavior is tolerated is an embarrassment to your company and management alike It is astonishing that this organization continues to employ staff who are so blatantly unqualified, unprofessional, and incapable of doing even the bare minimum of their jobs. The same unresolved issues have dragged on for years, not because they are complex, but because your employees are either incompetent or simply don’t care. Being met with attitude, negligence, and then abruptly dismissed speaks volumes about the toxic culture you allow. This isn’t just poor customer service—it’s a systemic failure and a public embarrassment. Until you remove staff who clearly do not belong in customer-facing roles and replace them with actual professionals, nothing will improve

    Purchase & Experience Review – Bert Ogden Kia, Mission, Texas I am writing to share my experience regarding my recent vehicle purchase just a couple days ago at Bert Ogden Kia in Mission, Texas. Vehicle Delivery & Condition • I was at the dealership for over 7 hours and was told I had to come in the next day for the vehicle as it was not ready. •The vehicle was NOT provided with a full gas tank, it was not delivered in a clean condition. The interior had visible dust, which gave the impression that proper preparation and attention to detail were lacking. • The delivery process did NOT reflect the excitement or professionalism typically associated with purchasing a new vehicle. Unlike other customers who are celebrated with a photo and bow presentation, my experience felt transactional and impersonal. Customer Treatment • At no point did I feel valued as a customer making a significant purchase. Instead, the atmosphere suggested that I was doing the dealership a favor rather than being treated as a client deserving of care and appreciation. • The lack of effort to make the experience memorable or welcoming left me dissatisfied and disappointed. Service Contract Concerns • I was informed that an extended warranty was part of the payment already due to the trade-in value given of my previous vehicle. After further consideration, I believe this representation was misleading. Overall Impression My overall experience did not meet the standards I expected when purchasing a vehicle. Cleanliness, customer care, and transparency are fundamental to building trust, and unfortunately, these were not demonstrated during my transaction.
