  I started a trial and canceled before it ended and I have not received a refund. I tried it because I’m new to Midlothian and found another closer to home. I have called, emailed and been to the office and it has been almost 30 days. The service was the same as any other car wash.

  I pay for a membership with platinum wash for one of my vehicles. My truck is never cleaned completely. I only kept the membership because of the convenience of having my car rinsed off in the summer when I'm too busy to hand wash it. And yes I said rinsed off because thats all this car wash does. I just drove another one of my vehicles through there and paid for platinum wash (membership not on this vehicle). I paid for platinum because I know the washes aren't great and there was bird poop on my back window and trunk. After going through the wash it came out the same. I went back around and was told I needed to pay for another wash because I dont have a membership. Why would I pay for another wash when I didn't even have to get out to notice the car wasn't clean. Eventually he agreed to wash it again... and sure enough the bird poop still there but only looks worse because it's wet and smeared now. Soon as I get home I'm canceling the membership. This is a trash car wash!! The vacuums are decent on most lanes but the washes are total trash!! Not worth it at all!!! The picture was taken after the second wash.
