They denied all responsibility despite the fact that the windows worked just fine when I brought it in as a pre and post inspection would show. They were very rude when I pointed out the damage and started showing me all the existing damage on the vehicle. They said that it was existing damage but refused to show me the “documentation.” The truth is my windows worked when I drove it into Joe Hudson‘s and they did not work when I drove it off the lot. DO NOT go to Joe Hudson’s if you want your vehicle to be treated with care.
