    They should have an option for 0 stars SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS THE WORST Jade is very dishonest and doesn’t follow up on anything… I had to make several calls to her just to find out about my car. Management doesn’t return calls to make these situations right. Take your business somewhere else because this is not the dealership to go to. I could say more but I will leave it at that

    The service at Clay Cooley Hyundai is far better than this place. For this to be a "high end" it is greatly disappointing. Seems like no one wants to help and certainly are not knowledgeable about the service they provide. The "director" that runs this place, Mr. DAS OR BAS, certainly doesn't give first class customer service. The employees are more concerned about going home than to help a customer that comes in at 5pm! If whoever is in charge of this place that is above this "Director" and would like to discuss more into detail, I'd be more than happy to set up an IN PERSON meeting. Very disappointed!
