  Buyer beware - shady business practices I purchased a Bronco 3 weeks ago at Clay Cooley Ford. This is just a warning in case all of the Clay Cooley dealerships have the same practices. I went in asking for the advertised price. I was told the only way to get the advertised price with to purchase their Family Guarantee which was simple a claw back of the discount shown in their advertisement. Shady business tactic at best. Next, the finance team messed up my finance paperwork for my trade in and they are holding on to nearly $5,000 of my money. It's been 3 weeks and counting. This is the absolute worst purchasing experience that I have had.

  I had an amazing experience at Clay Cooley Hyundai Mesquite! I recently purchased a 2019 Porsche, and the entire team made the process smooth and stress-free. Justin Lines, the sales manager, was incredible-super professional and genuinely cared about helping me get the best deal possible. Mercedez, my sales lady, was so friendly, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. Glen, another sales manager, also went above and beyond to make sure everything went perfectly, and Alex in finance made the paperwork quick and easy to understand. You can tell this dealership truly wants to help people, not just make a sale. Their customer service was top-notch, and they made me feel valued from start to finish. I'll definitely be recommending them to friends and family-and my mom will be purchasing her next car from them as well!

  I want to shout out my sales reps Andy and Hunter and the whole sales team, Alex, Tina and the finance manager. This team went above and beyond and worked with me. Told me what I needed and I came back months later with those things. They trusted the process with me, had faith with me. After 11hours, I was blessed with what I prayed for, lower payments than what we originally expected. I am forever grateful for you all. You have showed patience with me and exemplified 1 of the fruits of the spirit. Yes I am a believer of Yhwh and Jesus Christ God definitely showed me what patience looks like through you all. Again my family and I say THANK YOU AND PRAY THAT GOD BLESSES YOU AND YOUR FAMILY MORE THAN YOU CAN EVER IMAGINE WITH WHAT YOU NEED. Miss Morrison and Family ❤️❤️

  I went to Clay Cooley yesterday and these two wonderful young ladies named Zoey and Emily was very upfront and honest and very helpful. They stayed with me the whole time. They were very kind. They listened to my needs and wants. Also, they did not Try to put me in a car that I did not want Zoey and Emily was the epitome of good customer service listening to what the customer wanting and executing the perfect deal that satisfied me. The first time I came to Clay Cooly Hyundai Mesquite, I was rushed and pushed out the door when I couldn’t find a cosigner for my car, and I was almost not willing to return back to that dealership after my first experience with their customer service. The second time I went is when I met Zoey and Emily and I would definitely recommend anybody to go see them at Clay Cooley Hyundai of Mesquite. They would really do their best to get you what you want at the best deal that they can possibly give it to you thank you Zoey and Emily for working so hard on this deal for me and I really appreciate you

  *****BEWARE******* Now I know why they are known as "Clay Cooley crooks". I signed my sales contract and was VERY adamant that I did not want their additional add on service contract. Well the next day I was emailed updated docs and sales contract that were "digitally signed" by me with the price lowered just to add the contract. THEY FORGED MY NAME ON A CONTRACT! Not one contract but 2. They altered the original sales contract and forged it then sent it to the lender but also forged the service contract that I declined. The docs even showed they were digitally signed from the same IP address as their finance manager the next day and I was nowhere close to Mesquite to have signed those docs. The worst part is that my 18 yr old daughter was also on the loan. Her very first big girl purchase and first time signing a contract. They forged her signature as well which is a horrible thing for her to experience with her first time signing. Do not purchase from here!!! Update - I was told I could bring the car back. No apologies, no admission, basically this must be the norm for them. I was warned about Clay Cooley crooks but I didn't listen. I should have stuck with Huffines. At least Ray Huffines and his dealerships are honest people. These Cooley's are criminals and should be in jail. Besides the highly illegal forgery that is also being reported to the CFPB and Attorney Generals office. The customer service was terrible. I was told the vehicle I wanted would be pulled up and ready. When I got there nobody knew anything about it and said they are AI messages that are sent. They started me with a salesperson named Genesis, she sat at her desk and asked for my name and was called out and never came back. Another sales lady named Te'ler came in and said management pulled Genesis into something else so she would help me. Well she got the car keys and told us we could check out the car. I told her I wanted to test drive it but she said we could t because the car didn't have gas. She said we could only go around the parking so we made just one short circle then parked. The back wheel was making a weird noise. The sales manager said they would have maintenance look at it first thing in the morning then they would call me back. Te'ler text me the next day to see if I was still interested in the car and I reminded her that it was supposed to get looked at. She then asked what time I could be there for a test drive since it had gas now. I told her I did not want to drive 40 mins to test drive if it still has not been looked at by service like I was promised. I then got a call from a 3rd sales person named Robert. He quickly hit it to service and I went back up there to sign the docs (which would be updated and forged the following day). I asked him for the 2nd set of car keys and he said he would follow up with the porter and find out about them but would make sure it was all handled. I never heard back and still.. after their horrible service, criminal forgery.. I still don't have my extra set of keys. But according to the finance manager and Chase Cooley himself, I can "bring the car back". Shady!
