I scheduled an appointment at 6:30 PM to see a Toyota Camry, but when I arrived, the salesperson was completely tied up with his previous customers and barely acknowledged me. I waited over an hour and a half before he finally sat down with me — only for him to realize the car I came to see wasn’t even on the lot. Such a waste of time. Definitely the worst dealership experience I’ve ever had.
