  Salesman “Jay” is on point. Not only is he friendly and gets to know you but he cares for his job and people in general. After running some numbers I was nervous but Jay reassured me and said if anyone can get the deal done it’s their dealership. They even fed me pizza for lunch as I was there during lunch time. If you need honest, no fluff car buying experience then go see “Jay”.

  Had a great experience purchasing our vehicle here. Jay was an awesome salesman and really took the time to work with what we were needing and looking for. He was attentive, listened to our concerns, and made sure all of our questions were answered quickly and clearly. The whole process felt smooth and never rushed. Roy was also a huge help when it came time for the contract. He explained everything thoroughly and gave great recommendations for GAP and additional coverage for the car so we could make the best decision for our situation. Overall, the team made the experience easy and stress free. We really appreciate the time and care they gave us and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

  Bought a dodge hemi truck from this location recently one morning truck overheats I call bert ogden they tell me im covered with vehicle warranty I purchased its taken 2 months for an inspector to inspect vehicle find out cause of failure in the end im told I have to pay 15 thousand dollars to fix my own vehicle through their warranty talk about a scam save your money and buy from someone more trust worthy or else you end up like me paying $750 a month for a truck with no engine sitting in bert ogden service center for months

No pressure, no rushing — they actually listened to what we wanted and helped me find something that fit our budget. The financing process was smooth and clearly explained, and I appreciated how transparent they were about pricing and options.   The Manager told me that the bank REQUIRED AVGAP $1995.00 so the bank would finance me. They also added a $4,500 American Auto Extended warranty (which is OPTIONAL) as part of the price. The fact that the manager said it was required for AVGap then the bank said we would never require that. Yes i signed everthung and i should of read everything in full detail a second time. Most importantly, Shows the unethical sale tactic used on a 1st time buyer. It's about artificially inflating the monthly payment to hide worthless add-ons like extended warranties. The disrespect, I will never buy again and tell all my followers this personal experience so they can be careful. Disclaimer this is my personal experience protected by my 1st amendment right and have pertaining documents to attest to my pov.
