Just bought a LMM duramax with efi live, well previous owner didn't know what the tunes were. Called this place and the guy was outstanding on customer service. Most people companies suck with customer support service because they not making money but not this company. Guy simply said I cant tell you the exact tunes but could hook up and tell me what they are labeled as. Then proceeds to tell me if I cant bring it in he explained how I could do it myself. Im not from this area but if I were this would definitely be a shop that would have my trust. Keep up the great team work!!

I’m gonna be honest I have that long and hard about leaving this review because I want to believe better in people but I brought my F3 57.3 L in here a few weeks ago I think it’s probably been about three weeks now I was having a problem with it, randomly shutting off while driving And then after a brief period of sitting, it would turn right over like nothing was wrong and overtime this began to happen more frequently so I finally took it to this diesel mechanic They run diagnostics and it comes back that it is an IPR sensor and that affects the oil pressure which can be a reason why it shuts off now I am not a mechanic so I do not know everything about trucks but seeing as that is the case it has led me to feel even more Compelled to leave this review because once they did $4600 worth of work to my truck, I brought it home and it continued to do the same thing so I got on ChatGPT and I type in the symptoms and what comes up well what came up in the number one position was the camshaft positioning sensor in the number two position came up the IPR sensor and then in the number three position, the camshaft sensor was mentioned again so I go to O’Reillys I buy a $35 camshaft positioning sensor and me not having any mechanical experience at all. Installed the new one in less than 20 minutes now if I were a diesel mechanic who had been working on diesel trucks for over 20 years of my life, I feel like I would have at the very least seeing that it could have been the camshaft positioning sensor to start with I would have changed it just in case I know it didn’t throw the code, but it’s a very cheap part with minimum labor and I would’ve just thrown it in there just in case it fixes the problem, but that is not what power flow did. They went ahead and chose the most expensive option which granted it did throw that code as far as I know, I do have a printout showing that it threw that code But I can’t help to feel like maybe just maybe that those computers can be manipulated and given the situation in our current economy it would not surprise me that they chose the more profitable fix than the $35 fix So as a word of warning, please run your symptoms through ChatGPT And try to get a little bit of an understanding of what possibly could be going on with your vehicle. I very much regret that I did not do it in the first place and that is on me, but I do feel like it is their responsibility to be as honest as possible, and help their customer as much as possible.

Great service and good communication from these guys. Had my Ram 3500 in for a diagnostic at 265K miles and they did an awesome job on it. They ran the diagnostic and just sent a list of things needed, not upsold or pushed. Replaced engine breather filter, differential pinion seal(a pain to do on your own), Removed and replaced track bar, and a much needed alignment. Truck was ready when promised and runs great. Thank you so much!
