  Matt and Aston went above and beyond to help us with a tire pressure gauge and valve issue, and they did everything free of charge. From the moment we arrived, they were welcoming, friendly, and easy to talk to. They communicated clearly, explained the issue in a way that was easy to understand, and got everything taken care of quickly without making us feel rushed at all. What really stood out was their professionalism and honesty — they genuinely wanted to help rather than upsell or push unnecessary services. The whole experience was smooth, efficient, and stress-free, which is rare to find these days. It’s clear they take pride in their work and value their customers.   I purchased a st of tires in 2025 from this location, and the service was impressive. Today I needed a roofing nail removed from my tire. Let me tell you, the customer experience was once again above and beyond. Yessir, Mat and staff will give you an excellent customer experience.   I stopped in on 1/3, because I needed an oil change and an alignment - and my usual place was too busy. Gage got me right in! He was polite, showed me how far out of alignment my truck was, and I was surprised at how quickly they got everything done. They even had a coupon for the oil change. I will definitely be back!

  Went in for an alignment, balance and rotation only to find out from another shop doing a different service that they tore up my brand new boots on my newly installed rack and pinion when doing the alignment. Either one the tech didn't know what he was doing or two just some lazy work. I've brought all my other cars there in the past but now they've lost all my business.

  Visited this shop for brake fluid flush. Only simply replaced fluid in the reservoir and called it done. I had to ask what is their definition of brake fluid flush. They admitted they should flush the brake fluid in the calipers. Started with the passenger side back wheel which is not correct. (My car has a abs module in the passenger side). Forgot to torque the passenger side front wheel which is severe safety concerns. Last almost lost my wheel lock. The quality control need to be improved.
