I’ve gone there twice and I’ve been nothing but disappointed with customer service the quality of the tire and she rudeness by the manager, please I advise you to never step foot into an NTB, especially the one off of El Dorado and Lake Forest and McKinney. Lie about all the services that need to be done on your car and just want to get the most amount of money out of your pocket. do yourself a favor and be smarter than I was.
