I gave him all my information and he told me how much. I said in 39 minutes right, he said yes. I went next door to was my car and came back. The bays l ines were long. The guy walked over to me and said we dont make appointments so you will be after all these people. I said what, why didn't you tell me that before I left. He lead me to belive I was making an appointment and then changed it after. That was very bad customer service. I am sure they do that to more people.

Could definitely tell he was not in the mood to work today. Suffice to say we did not do our state inspection nor will we come back for any future services.
