You’re paying a luxury price for scammer service. They don’t care about any customer once your purchase is finalized. Went in for the same issue multiple times and every time they said it was fixed it would come back again. They knew the warranty was ending soon so they fought tooth and nail to not pay for the repairs. Kept my car for weeks at a time too which was a huge inconvenience.

Recently purchased a vehicle and Corbin was my sales representative, he was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and easy to work with. After purchasing my vehicle I had to get a software update and Alex in the service department was also so helpful. Sewell has been a great dealership to work with and I am so happy to have purchased a vehicle from them. Top-notch service, and everyone there is so helpful and nice. My go to dealership moving forward.

Recently purchased a new Audi from Andrew at Audi McKinney. We could not be happier. The service, the buying experience and knowledge was great! I would highly suggest Andrew and Sewell Audi in McKinney.
We first tried Audi Plano, but the service, focus on customer and knowledge was so much better at Audi McKinney.
And we love our new S5!

This was my first time using Sewell Audi service, and the experience immediately raised serious concerns about workmanship, accuracy, and professionalism.
When I purchased my Audi at Sewell, I was sold a very different picture of the service department’s professionalism and courtesy, and this visit did not come close to meeting those expectations.
I dropped off my car for a recall. During the multi-point inspection, I was told that I should have various things done. I had three tires replaced and an alignment performed on my 2021 Audi Q8. On the drive home, received a tire pressure warning on all 4 tires. I called and texted my service advisor, Manny, with no response. After waiting, I contacted the main service line and was transferred to Jon, the service manager, who apologized and said a technician could be sent out. About 20 minutes later, Manny called back and told me “you can fix it yourself”. Complete opposite from what Jon told me. I felt that Manny’s response was completely unprofessional, especially considering this issue was caused by work performed by the dealership. I told Jon what Manny said about him telling me to “fix it myself” and that they left a diagnostic USB/flash drive in my vehicle, Jon assured me that he would send a tech to my house to fix it and pick up the key. Neither happened. I have a voicemail from Jon confirming that someone would be at my house the next day.
Being told to “do it yourself” after a service error, combined with poor follow-through and not showing up as promised, left me with very low confidence in this service department. I expected far better from Sewell.

I’ve brought my new Audi vehicles into Sewell dealership here in McKinney,Tx for years to get a car wash once a month, never had a problem till today Friday December 12,2025
Approached by a young lady ask me if I’m a Sewell customer “I say yes not thinking anything of it “
I guess they have started some policy and/or started “enforcing” a policy that if you did not buy your vehicle directly from “Sewell audi” that they can’t wash my car anymore.
Again, I’ve been coming here for a couple years with no problem.
I bought my Audi from Audi Plano
The problem I have with the situation is the level of professionalism or lack there of when you tell me this….
Why would you front a customer out in front of other customers constantly asking me about this making it seems as if I’m breaking the law like I just broke into a vehicle, it’s a car wash for ,Christ sake.
Making me look bad in front of customers like I’m a criminal.
Eventually, they wash my car and still asking me about it, felt embarrassed 5 service workers watching me leave like they would have to call police, just unbelievable.
Look ,even if it is policy just be professional wash the guys car let him leave then pull him to the side away from customers and tell me it’s a policy, just don’t do it in front of customers steady asking me like as if to say “we caught you”
Been with Audi 8 years or more now, I’ve recommended quite a few of my customers from my own personal business to head up to Audi McKinney to buy vehicles and they have done just that”same dealer” in McKinney ,just because they live in the “area” not thinking anything of it. Don’t think I’ll be doing that anymore.
I see every time I come to get a wash the business is slow no customers, now I see why….
Why would any company “hurt” their word of mouth business this way.
Do better Audi of McKinney, have some sort of level of professionalism.
