  I had an excellent experience working with Joe Rupprecht at Sewell Audi McKinney. I spoke with several Audi dealerships across the DFW area, but ultimately decided to work with Joe. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and helped me find the perfect car—even with inventory being very limited at the time. He arranged for me to come see the car quickly and was incredibly gracious and fair throughout the negotiation process. The entire experience felt seamless and genuinely customer-focused. What really sets Joe apart is the level of service even after the sale - he’s thoughtful, responsive, and even sends a birthday card, which speaks to the kind of relationship he builds with his clients. The Sewell Audi McKinney location itself is also top-notch. The facilities are beautiful, and whenever I come in for car washes or routine checks, everything is quick, efficient, and in a clean, welcoming environment. Highly recommend Joe and the Sewell team!

  I have been a customer of Sewell Infiniti for 25+ years. I was interested in the Audi Q5 when i decided to go to a smaller SUV. I chose to reach out to Sewell Audi of McKinney over other dealers due to my great relationship with Sewell. Although I had never drove one I was introduced to Corbin Davenport who made the purchase very easy, after the initial test drive. I did the entire transaction over the phone and texts, even handled my trade in while I was traveling. Corbin went above and beyond to make sure I got the vehicle I wanted. Very knowledgeable on the product and created a no-pressure environment from start to finish. Just came back from an inaugural drive to Galveston, the Q5 is a nice, sporty ride and gave me an amazing 34MPG. Very happy with my decision to purchase this car.

  I am forever, grateful that I had the opportunity to find myself standing in the showroom at Sewell Audi in McKinney. Our sales associate Joe was instrumental in helping us find the right vehicle and from there we learned quickly that everything you see on TV with regard to Sewells commercials Are absolutely accurate! From this day forward so long as I live in Texas, I will purchase my vehicles from school because nothing compares, and I mean nothing compares to their service experience, knowledge and staff.
