I had an outstanding experience purchasing my vehicle, and I can’t say enough good things about PJ in sales and Mr. Solis in finance. From start to finish, they both made the entire process completely stress free. PJ was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right vehicle without any pressure. Mr. Solis in finance made everything smooth and straightforward, explaining the numbers clearly and making sure I was comfortable every step of the way. Together, they worked with me to get the exact numbers I was comfortable with, which made a huge difference. This was easily one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve had. Had air leaking from tire. Serviceman took us right in, found the issue but would take few hours to get replacement tire. Offered us a ride home in interim. We chose to put mini tire (spare) on overnight. Arriving next morning we were in & out in no time!!

That online advertised price was $56,294. Included a $1500 Chevrolet discount and a $1000 discount. But when we start working on the numbers there was an additional line item for $5995. We were never shown an itemized list of what that was for, and asking got an answer of "things like locking lug nuts". We refused to pay it, and in the end arrived at a price that basically forfeited the dealer discount.
We walked in with pre-approved financing from Bank of America, at 5.24% for 72. We were asked if we would do financing through the dealer if they could get the same rate, and we said yes, and specified Bank of America. When we got to finance, I'm told that Bank of America said 5.44%, and ended up with a loan from a local credit union at 5.49%. Not a lot of money, and we signed, but the deceitfulness of the experience left a bad taste. I would never go back, not even for service.

The website displayed one set price. Upon showing up to the dealership they'll include charges that were not listed or included. I reommend before purchasing to check for all these hidden fees of $500.00 for the tinted windows andanother $500.00 for lock wheels. They were not vocal about these fees that we did not need in our purchase. The website states that you get a $1000 discount if you buy the warranty but the warranty itself is $1000 as well so you're not really saving any money. This is my second time buying a vehicle from them in the last 4 months. We had a really good experience with Victor but this will be the last time I purchase from this dealership.
