    Hello, I’m reaching out regarding my recent experience during my last visit for an oil change. When I arrived, I was told I would be charged, even though I still had three free oil changes remaining. I had to show proof, and even after I did, the front desk employee did not apologize. Instead, she said, “I will let you have it for free this one time only,” which was very unprofessional. After the service, I noticed that everything inside my glove compartment had been moved. While I understand that the glove compartment might need to be accessed, what concerned me was that one of my mail envelopes—which had been sealed prior to my visit—was opened. This letter contained personal information, and I am extremely uncomfortable with that. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told there was no manager available. The same employee was rude during the conversation as well. I would like this matter to be addressed, and I would appreciate a follow-up from management. It is very important to me that my personal information is respected and handled properly. Thank you.

    I took my vehicle into the Service Department to complete a software update, however I was surprised to learn that my vehicle was taken apart. This was not authorized by me as all I needed was for the software update to be completed as was recommended by my mechanic (which I explained at the time of drop off). I was received with a very poor attitude from almost everyone I interacted with during drop off and pick up of my vehicle. I am also beginning to doubt that any type of diagnostics were run and was needlessly charged for something that never happened. I am extremely disappointed and will definitely not consider returning to this dealership in the future.

    Dee Santillan made it so easy for me to get a vehicle . Actually listening to what I wanted and needed in a vehicle and not like other sells men pushing me to get what they want so they can hit there quotas . She’s awesome! And thanks to Rigo Beltran in finance that got me in and out with my new Chevy just in time to go trick or treating with my kids . Mas mejor Que fiesta nissan Edinburg.

    We have always purchased our vehicles from Clark Chevrolet in McAllen, TX, but as for the experience that we had in these past couple of weeks (October 2025) and yesterday, we will no longer be buying vehicles from this dealership. Worse hospitality ever! The sales people are rude, the finance managers were rude as well. We had a very negative experience with the service department. I took my vehicle in to get serviced was advised I needed to leave it there for a couple of days, left it on a Wednesday, picked it up on Friday, but according to their technician, "nothing was wrong with it". The following week, my vehicle again was acting up. This time, I took video of what my vehicle was doing because I wanted to show the "technician", who said, "nothing was wrong with it", that something was very much wrong with it. At that time, they took the car in and again, I left it there for it to be serviced, showed my analyst the video of what the car was doing in hopes that the "technician" could diagnose the problem because we had extended warranty and wanted to use it for this situation. After 2 weeks of not receiving a diagnosis, we spoke to a salesman in hopes that we could trade in vehicle but to no avail. No help whatsoever in that department either. They even said they would give us a good deal with a trade but that didn't happen. They couldn't make it happen. They wouldn't budge on the trade. Lowballing us with our vehicle. We finally traded in the vehicle at Fiesta Chevrolet (best service ever!)and that dealership ended up paying it off and we were able to make the trade. We ended up having to cancel the GAP insurance and so the day I went to pick up my vehicle from Clark, I went to speak to someone in the finance dept so that they could help me cancel the insurance, well he tells me that I have to call the bank. I call the bank and they tell me that the dealership is who I need to speak to in order to cancel the GAP. So I call the dealership and speak to "Marco" only for him to tell me that I could come in and he would help me get the paperwork to cancel. We show up after work and ask for him, only for "Marco" to tell us, he never spoke to me!!! (Frustrating) Why would that person give me a name without it really being who he said he was. For all I know, I could have been speaking to the custodian. We finally speak with a finance manager and sign the paperwork for cancellation. Super negative experience!
