- IBisrael b1 day ago1.0I would give the service department negative stars for pricing transparency. I called to ask for the exact price, including taxes, for a simple oil change. The first person told me it would be $90 but did not provide her name and could not give an exact total with taxes. The second person I spoke with, Nereida, told me $79, but again could not provide the final price with taxes. On top of that, they seemed bothered when I asked simple questions. If employees in the service department can’t answer basic pricing questions or are annoyed by customers asking them—why work in that department at all? This experience was frustrating and unprofessional.
- FPFrosty ProudJan 3, 20261.0When I write Reviews it is my honest intention to make sure people understand, This has to be the most unprofessional dealership I have ever been to, and I felt they tried to take advantage of me as a first-time buyer, they do not respond to offers via call either and insist on coming in person, if a dealership ever tells you they can give you the best deal in person RUN, The best thing as a customer in any deal is to use your two legs to walk out on any deal and never feel embarrassed to do so, never let anyone run you into a bad deal, and remember its always the “best deal” they can do, be wise and research the vehicle and MSRP, They obviously did not think I would walk away from a deal which they had completely overpriced it on a base model vehicle. I would not conduct business nor refer anyone here ever again.
