    From the moment I showed up, they were ready and very willing to help me with anything I needed.Refreshments were offered, They explained the recall and what was going to be done.The entire staff made my vist very enjoyable and pleasant. Very happy I purchased my car there.

    I had a very disappointing experience at Bert Ogden McAllen Nissan. The service order was under the name of Nora Flores, my wife. We received a call informing us that the vehicle was ready for pickup, so we made the trip to the dealership — only to be told that the vehicle was not ready. Instead of taking responsibility, they gave internal excuses and showed no concern for the inconvenience caused. The service manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. She treated us with a lack of respect and displayed poor customer service throughout the interaction. There was no apology, no accountability, and no effort to resolve the situation professionally. This level of miscommunication and disrespect toward customers is unacceptable. I expected better organization and professionalism from a dealership of this size. Very disappointing service experience.

    My service appointment was simply amazing. I worked with Jayme Salinas for the first time and she helped me out with everything that I needed. This is my second Nissan Maxima that I take to get my routune maintenance. Jayme is really good at what she does and Bert Odgen is very lucky to have such a great hard working person that helps to service customers. A++😊❤️🔟⭐️

    Took my vehicle about 3 months ago for issues and they replaced the battery. 2-3 days later it was doing the same thing. They changed the battery again because the one they put in was a new one but was sitting on the shelf for a long time. I (3 months later - this month February 2026) took it again because same issues but now with the vehicle going into neutral while im driving and the auto sign blinking. They said it was the throttle being dirty and sensors (something that's supposedly done every 25k miles) but we owned alot of vechiles of all brands and none had ever needed that service this quick . Anyways on the report it didn't mention nothing about my vechile switching to neutral while driving. Also I went to check my tires today and the guy told me my battery needed charge and I told him if I just got a new battery 3 months ago. He said chances are the battery wasn't fully charged or something is up with the truck. I seen other 2024 Nissan pathfinder having same problem as me and no solution .

    Worst in servicing your vehicle went in Dec to do an oil change was asked if I wanted a tire rotation if needed said yes. After almost 4 hours vehicle was ready they had to service a recall. When I drove my vehicle I noticed it was off and something was not right. It was way off balanced let the person who askes how was the service and I explained what happened and all I got was a sorry about that nothing else. We took in the vehicle in today and they checked it out but told us since it passed the 15k miles (warranty) there was a service fee of $200 just to give me a diagnostic something that was not disclosed to me when I sent my email. They did an oil change today 2/10/2026 and it is given back to us and it has a hit/dent there is paint chipped off and of course oil stains but yet the guy states he did not do anything to it and they will check the cameras and let us know but that it looks like it was a rock according to the "main guy" who we spoke to. THE WORST THERE IS NEVER WANT TO TAKE RESPONSABILITY OF THE SHIT THEY DO SOMEONE NEEDS TO TAKE A LOOK AT THIS ASAP!!!!!
