    Picked up one of their new 2026 Rogue Rock Creek, service was great with sir Dillon Lerma, it wasn't available at the site at first but he brought it in from another area as well as have it cleaned ready to go. They also gave me discounts as well as further patterned down the price to my request. Will buy again in the future 👍

    I’m writing to share my disappointment with the service I received during my recent oil change visit. Before going in, I called to make an appointment, but the representative told me that appointments were not needed and I could just walk in. When I arrived, I noticed that other customers were being helped based on appointments. I felt skipped over and ended up waiting a total of four hours — something that has never happened in the five years I’ve been servicing my vehicle with Nissan. I also asked the service advisor, Victoria Alamia, how long it would take, and she told me 20–30 minutes. However, my service took over two hours longer than that estimate. This experience was frustrating and felt unfair. If I had been given accurate information from the start, I would have scheduled an appointment and planned my time better. I value Nissan’s service, but this visit was very disappointing. I would appreciate it if this matter could be reviewed to help improve communication and fairness for future customers.

    Its the car sales business so no one goes in wanting to make friends. But business must be bad because they Sales manager was ripping on their sister companies sales manager. Im older and have purchases plenty of car so this tactic didnt cloud my financial decision but found it as a weak and dirty tactic. Mildly funny because he was pointing out the other sales managers tricks and tactics acking like he himself was free of dirty tricks only to expose on in front of him.

    Extremely disappointing experience. It took three days to receive a simple quotation, and when it finally arrived, it was incorrect. Afterward, I received a call that came across as disrespectful and unprofessional. I was a ready buyer, prepared to make the purchase immediately — no convincing needed, just accurate information. Instead, I had to call twice to follow up and still didn’t receive proper assistance. It’s unacceptable for a customer to have to chase the salesperson just to get basic service. This dealership clearly lacks commitment and respect for its clients. It’s unfortunate, because what could have been the easiest sale of the month turned into a frustrating experience due to poor communication and a lack of attention. I’ve purchased vehicles from other dealerships within the same group and have always received excellent service, but this one was a complete disappointment. Hopefully, management takes this feedback seriously and improves the way they treat their customers.

    Frank was a great services consultant, was quick to get symptom notes and get a technician out to test drive with us. He was also our consultant a few months ago, outstanding job on keeping us updated step-by-step. Overall, outstanding customer service both times. Israel was the technician that initially did the test drive. Asked questions about symptoms (which he confirmed with test drive) and how often the occurrence. Also explained how fuel grades affect different engine setups. All this showed his vast knowledge of his profession.
