  Good experience over all. A little lack of communication towards end of visit. Manager was speaking to or “coaching-up” crew outside the bay as they told me to pull my van forward and when I went inside no one was present for me to pay. A little confusing

  Told the associate that I wanted conventional oil as a replacement so I could use my 50% off coupon. They instead replaced my oil with synthetic blend. Which is obviously more expensive and won't let me use the coupon for that. Also waited 2 hours at JIFFY lube for the service to get done.

  On Friday I took my daughter to school as I’m turning in the car locks up, doesn’t shut off but doesn’t allow me to drive. After sitting there for 10 minutes it randomly lets me drive but I only drove it into the school parking lot because I didn’t feel safe driving it to jiffy lube to get my oil changed. I had a tow truck take it to jiffy lube an hour after this and when we got there the staff was told by my fiancé that we wanted the codes, everything checked as the reasoning. I sat in my car with the windows down during the oil change. At no point did I hear a strange or unusual noise coming from my car. They had me turn my car on once they were done and then off 5 seconds later. I didn’t see anything being checked as far as codes or battery. I was watching the whole time. I leave and kept the windows down because I noticed that they wrote that I came in for an unusual noise which was not true. I came in for the car locking up and thought I needed an oil change. Not once on my 25 minute drive home or my 25 minute drive 3 hours later to pick my daughter up from school did I ever hear an unusual noise. Once I was turning into her school there was a loud screeching, grinding and clicking noise. Once she was in the car I pulled over called jiffy lube told them I didn’t feel comfortable driving to them but that I JUST had my oil changed and it wasn’t doing any of this until after I had that done with them. The girl doing it seemed like it was her first day!!! Asking questions seeming unsure about what she was doing. They had a guy come out to look per my request and said that if I got it towed over they’d diagnose it BUT he essentially chalked it up to this being my fault and that they because I waited too long to get my oil changed, are not going to diagnose it even though they said they would and now the mechanic shop I towed it to said it’d cost $10,555 for a used engine install so now my car is done, essentially. MY CAR WAS NOT IN THIS POSITION PRIOR TO COMING HERE. THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND CON ARTISTS. THEY WILL HIRE JUST ANYONE TO WORK ON YOUR CAR.

  One of the people that worked there accidentally closed the door to my car and locked my keys. Had to uber back home and get my spare. After everything was said and done no discount or anything was offered to the inconvenience. They basically acted like nothing happened. I am not a confrontational person but I was I would have been pretty upset at paying $20 uber ride on top of a full synthetic oil change. Do better in the future please

  I was forced to overpay for an oil change I didn’t want. I told the representative I wanted a conventional oil change but after the service was done I was charged for a signature because they claimed they didn’t have conventional oil. At the start of the service I asked the representative could I use more than one coupon if it was for different services, he told me no. Later another representative offered me a cabin filter with a coupon and honored my oil change coupon. I was very displeased with the way I was treated at this location and I will never return.
