- TSThom SnellingsSep 9, 20232.0It took forever to get my truck. It wasn't ready when I got there. In fact, it wasn't even there. I had to wait for them to bring it over from N Arlington. Once there, they couldn't rent it to me because it was never checked in from the last renter. This put me 1-1/2 hours behind schedule. The truck itself was lacking. The height in the back was just a touch too short to stand a bookcase and a couple of items that I have moved via competitors' vehicles without incident. The suspension was either broken or inadequate. I have rented many trucks, none ever bounched and jerkrd as much as this one. I paid in full. But for some reason that the local office couldn't explain. They tried to charge my cc an additional $170 several weeks later. Luckily, my CC company marked it as fraud and rejected it. I still don't know why they were trying to bill me again, I don't owe anything
