When we showed up for our appointment, the sales woman that was to help us was very nice and friendly in the beginning. When she found out we were just wanting to get some information and look at different models as we were wanting to buy one in the next couple of months, her attitude changed, and she became very short and rude. She reluctantly took us outside to show us some models and only spent a very short time on each one. She was slamming doors and hardly talking to us and did not give us a lot of information about anything. She was slamming the doors and just seemed like we were a burden to her. We asked to see a couple of the preowned ones and she said that she didn’t really want to show them to us because we were not in the market to buy one right now. but then she showed us one that was really worn and not even detailed. We left there feeling like we did not want to go back. We went to another dealership and we treated night and day differently.

I made it very clear during the call that I do not have a driver’s license, and I was told that would not be an issue. I drove two hours with cash in hand, ready to make a purchase, only to be told upon arrival that they could not help me after all. The story completely changed once I got there. The manager seemed uninterested in assisting me or finding a solution. It’s very disappointing, especially after being upfront about my situation from the beginning. This company was misleading and wasted my time. I would not recommend doing business with them or any of their locations.
