Our insurance company set up a rental after our primary vehicle was a total loss, but Enterprise IGNORED our initial submission and had to wait 3 days before we could get our rental. Then when they finally called us to pick up our rental, they had us drive to 3 different locations for our car, only to then tell us they didn't know where it was??? What?? Now trying to return it, and it has AGAIN been a nightmare. For the last two days no one has answered their number and the voicemail hasn't been set up! What a joke. Avoid this location if at all possible.
