- DGDeborah Gustovich5 days ago1.0Worst service ever!! I sat waiting for somebody for almost 5 minutes! I finally got out of my car and walked over to where the cars go through the car wash to get somebody to help me. He told me to give him a second, which turned into another 2 minutes. When he came out he started waiting on another and then told me I would have to wait for somebody else because he didn't know how to work the money machine. I asked for a manager. I was told they weren't there. So then I just asked him to lift the gate so I could just leave as there were other cars behind me and he didn't know how to do that either so I had to wait another couple minutes for somebody to lift the gates. I won't be going back.

DON'T EVER USE ANY OF THESE AUTO WASHES THEY DESTROY YOUR PAINT and don't even clean 80% of your car like tires under carafe or any crevasses. even those with drying/total boys don't address t of the dirty areas.

- JJJordan JonesSep 9, 20251.0I love the good people working at our local wash, but I signed up for a special promotion when I bought my brand new truck and was told it ended exactly on a specific day in Sept, which I put in my calendar to remind me. A month early, they popped me from $12 way up to $40. I reached out to address the mistake, shared credit card transactions and everything and was basically told sorry, deal with it. I'm not looking for any special treatment or free stuff, etc. But at the very least, recognize and own up to your mistakes. The blow off treatment doesn't go far with me. Luckily Liberty Hill is exploding and there will be an alternative option out here soon, I'm sure. Sorry Club CW. I tried? 🤷♂️
