Based on their work and fair prices I would give them 5 Stars, however... I've had previous problems with Google reviews & asked Platinum to remove me from "Please rate us on Google" list. I've called the store requesting to be removed from the list, still got the requests. I responded with "Unsubscribe" to the emails & still got them. I'm sure they use an advertising service that requests reviews. For the last 8 months I've been getting "Review us" emails at least twice a month every month. It worked, I'm writing a review, hope they like it. Bottom line, if you need auto glass service, like to support local companies, want excellent service & fair prices then please contact Platinum Auto Glass BUT be prepared to be harassed ad nauseam to write a review on Google, Facebook, ETC.
