Pictures and details of each issue in order of importance were displayed with pricing. I totally appreciated the transparency. My serpentine belt and pulley needed to be replaced along with few other things like air/cabin filters and cv boot lubrication. To find a great team that is honest and fair is an incredible blessing. I have been to a number of other places to get my mini fixed, and Krause is the only one that has consistently worked hard and fast to make sure my vehicle is up and running again. Also, the prices are pretty good. I never feel like I’m getting overcharged or that I am getting scammed since everything is so transparent surrounding part cost and labor costs. This is the only place I really trust with my car now!
