It needed a Mass Air Flow Sensor (fixed the light), both front lower control arms, a left inner tie rod, and an alignment. They also did a full used-car inspection for free since I had just bought the car, showing photos and explaining everything. The work was done professionally—my car now drives smooth, quiet, and safe. No more shaking. It took until Tuesday to finish because the axle was harder than usual to remove, but they explained everything and kept me updated. Total was about $2,400, and they'll monitor the small oil seep and axle at every oil change instead of pushing unnecessary repairs. No pressure, no surprises, great communication. Highly recommended.

So naturally, I had the impression they do provide quotes. Although I wanted an estimate for my specific vehicle, he stated he just had did that and he wasn’t willing to look up a new quote. However, when I called back and spoke to Patty, she told me they don’t give quotes at all. This was confusing and honestly pretty frustrating, because I’d just received one from her colleague. It felt like a big inconsistency in customer service. If one person can give an estimate, but another says they don’t do that, it’s pretty hard to trust the process. I felt like the customer service really fell short. If you’re not willing to provide consistent information to potential customers, it’s tough for them to feel confident about coming in.
