- CHCJ HDec 23, 20205.0Best car rental around. It's a smaller office, but Gerard is the king. I've rented here multiple times and am always pleased when I leave. I recently rented 2 cars at the same time for a family trip and he was incredible. No other agency in the DFW could get me a car, but Gerard came through. Thoroughly impressed.

When i called around 1:30 they said they’ll come between 1:30 and 6 still didn’t show; then i called before they closed for the day to get them to pick the car up today after 3pm still didn’t show. I’m tired of this run around
- BHBenjamin HepworthJan 16, 20201.0Worst car-renting experience. They got me a “nice” car pretty quick, but despite all the signs in the car saying not smoke, my car reeked heavy of smoke. I don’t smoke. It started giving me headaches on even 20 minute commutes. I worry about my infant son who I drive, too. When I try to call, the phones are down, or I’m put on hold forever. I go in person, but there’s never another car to exchange it for. I go to several other locations from Lewisville to Fort Worth, and still nothing.
