Took the time to put a camping world sticker and license plate cover on my RV, but did not take the time to power off checked components, keep batteries charged and viable, etc. Then, did not take full responsibility by fixing all power issues for free or refunding any money.

- CDCarol DormanNov 7, 20253.0We purchased a motorhome one month ago. Our sales experience with Coby was great As well as Christian in the finance department. However, things went downhill from there. We asked that our motorhome be detailed before we picked it up. It was not. When we were doing the cleaning, we found rat pellets in the drawers. Wires that were disconnected. The cleaning was only surface level. The add-on package of the flat tow package was not acceptable. Delays in shipping, including Incorrect parts. Once we received the parts, we thought everything was gonna hook up correctly, that’s what we were told however, that was not the case at all. We ended up spending almost $1000.00 with discount hitch in Grapevine to make the towing experience safe. We would’ve considered going back to camping world to get things fixed, but the trust level was gone. Several times we have asked for the keys to the motorhome to lock the door and the storage compartments. To this day, we still do not have keys to lock up our belongings and our dog while we’re out or while and the motorhome is in-storage. . At this point, we are not sure how we are going to resolve the Key issue

Why am I not able to leave negative stars for this group of incompetent jokes? It took 3 & a half months to fight my "good sam" membership ID out of these people. Supposed to have had it with the initial paperwork I left the location with. Noone will return a phone call in a timely fashion. If you do business with this location, be mindful of the paperwork you sign. Surely you can find another location that is worth a shot, give their Lewisville location a hard pass. Horrible customer service!
