I don’t know his name but the kind man that met me at the door was the same man who looked at our truck. He took me in the shop and showed me it was an issue where a previous shop did not tightened the bolts after dropping the catalytic converter to weld a portion that had cracked. He tightened it right up, checked it a second time to confirm that was the issue and it was! Super simple fix and he didn’t even charge me. I highly recommend B&B!!
