I brought in my SUV for rain sensored glass windshield replacement. They set the appointment, communicated throughout the install, and delivered right on time. They have plenty of parking, secure facility, and ability to install on-location depending on your vehicle and needs. Pricing for a chip repair was less than $200 with typical turn-around within :30 to an hour (while you wait) vs. having the chip turn to a crack and often to replacement. Definitely Recommend!

They keep you informed on scheduling and have been on time each time. The techs give you a good overview of their processes. The only time we had a reschedule is when the tech noticed a defect in the replacement window before the install. I am glad they have solid quality control like that - the reschedule was so much better than a defective replacement.

My insurance didn't really give me a choice but to work with Safelite, which I was ok with. Unfortunately I don't live in an area where they do mobile repair, so I had to come out to the physical shop and also didn't have a ride, so I was going to have to stay there during the repair. Before arriving I read a few poor reviews about the location, so I was bracing myself for a bad experience. I ended up being fully satisfied with everything. I probably helped myself out by making an appointment right at 7 AM on a Monday, so I was the first customer of the day. I was checked in right away and they started working on my car immediately. Everyone I interacted with was pleasant, and they were done in just over an hour. So far the new windshield has held up just fine. I don't see any major defects in it's quality or the quality of the installation. The recalibration of all of the cruise control elements have been great too. Hopefully I won't need any more windshield repair service in the future, but I wouldn't mind coming back if my insurance sent me back here again. My only request is you start servicing Georgetown, TX.

The female tech informed me since the rock hit the edge of windshield, they could not use a sealant, the windshield would have to be replaced. The next day the technician came to my house. He was within the time of arrival & though diverted by his app, was within the time promised. He was polite, informative & the job was very clean. I am a female ASE certified technician & very particular about results. I am pleased with the work, service, technician & business. I would let them do the next issue....if necessary.
