  Safelite did a great job on my new passenger side window. They were able to come to my house so that was awesome. I had a question afterwards and customer service was very helpful!

  BE CAREFUL WITH THIS LOCATION!! I booked a windshield replacement online and waited over a week (which was fine). The morning of the repair, our technician arrived promptly to the house and immediately took payment without looking over the car. As soon as the payment processed, he glanced at the windshield and told us it was not something he was able to do since the windshield had been previously replaced from another owner. He then told us that the VIN was unreliable and our car may be totaled. We were able to find a local auto glass repair shop, JRD Auto Glass, who was able to get us a same day appointment, beat Safelite pricing, confirmed there was nothing wrong with the VIN and replaced our windshield no problem. JRD Auto Glass also stands behind their work for the life that you own the vehicle. Save your time and money and don’t use Safelite! They seem to hire people who don’t know what they are doing!

  I was trying them out cuz they're closer to my house. I had an older truck and I wasn't very confident that the guy. Because they said there might be a small chance they won't put my glass back in. I wish I knew this sooner I would just take it to the other place. I've been taking all my cars to get glass work done. It's just a farther drive. We'll take this down if The other company can't replace the glass

  I went here because I had gotten my windshield replaced here. I was on the freeway and got a small crack so I wanted to get it repaired ASAP. The woman at the front was one of the rudest people I have ever encountered in my life. She was aggressive and not helpful. It was going to be $173 to fix a small crack!!! No discount for being a prior customer. Also there was absolutely no one there. I didn't even see another car there. She told me they didn't have anything for an hour and told me I could leave and bring the car back. She gave me just enough time to find and go to Glass Doctor on 2020 N Bell Avenue in Cedar park and get the crack fixed before 12:30 and it was only $95 and nicest of people there. I will never go to Safelite again. I paid $1000 for the windshield the last time I was there and you can't discount doing a small crack. So glad I found Glass Doctor! Never go here!
