  I took my car into Rush for a oil change, within a hour after I got it back picking up kid from school my car was smoking and making a grinding noise turns out my oil leaked out, something as small as a oil change could or could have potentially caused me my vehicle, when I called them they had it towed back up there kept it overnight to tell me they did another oil change didn't see any issues, the following day I had to drive back to pick it up, now I'm waisting my time getting a 2nd opinion from the dealer which I'm out of pocket $ and my car once again due to something as small as a oil change to ensure I don't have life long damage. When I spoke to the manager (Ethan) all he could say was they apologized and understood my frustrations, when my husband called back up there AFTER I picked my car back up they offered him 2 free oil changes, when they should have offered a refund or offer to pay for my piece of mind in getting a 2nd opinion, or getting someone to clean this oil all over my driveway. Multiple things to try rectify the situation. Because we will not be returning for our "free " oilchanges. Not only because of their mistake but mainly on how the situation was handled very nonchalantly. I understand they are a buisness and are going to protect themselves and would not like to be held accountable, my vehicle is a new car and only time will tell if there becomes any issues or depending what the dealer tells me, but we will not be returning to Rush but if anything arises due to their mistake I will enforce their accountability. Be aware!!

  I am 80 years old I took my car for blinking safety belt light to my Dealer and was told it would be $ 4,000 to fix my car that the whole system was broken. I have Endurance but they said it was not in my plan. I was heartbroken as I could not afford it. I took it to Mr Eathon at Rush Automotive to see if I could get second opinion I am so thankful that I did as Mr Eathan and his mechanic found out light was blinking because a wire was disconnected under the driver seat. He told me they connected it and there was no charge. Yikes, I cried as I knew I could not afford a 4,000 repair or to buy another car as I use it very little. Mr Eathon was very nice and kind. I would like to thank Mr Eathon and his mechanic always . I hope many people will have their car's fixed there as this is a very effective and honest business some are not. Thank You Mr Eathon for helping me.

  Super good people. These guys saved my ass. I would recommend them especially for diesel trucks, but they are excellent with everything!

  Excellent service and a great value! I was able to get my alternator belt installed in under 30 minutes from the time I arrived. I didn't have to cancel all my plans or take time off work. Saved me a bunch of money too compared to other options. Customer for life now 😁

  Ethan and his guys were fantastic! Lots of back-and-forth communication, several “solids” done, and human bs among “car guys” on top of it. Dealt with my extended warranty and did a lot of negotiating back-and-forth, these guys took care of me and I’ll only go to Rush for my repairs .
