  Sin lugar a dudas la peor ubicación y personal de todo penske, tienen una actitud que da mucho que desear 5 días para que le hagan un PM a un camión, te dicen que ya quedo y no le hacen nada , es un chiste honestamente si tiene. Oprtunidad de moverse a otra locación como San Antonio o El paso, háganlo los tratarán mucho mejor y son profesionales, hasta para lavar una unidad se inventan pretextos, nada más buscan la manera de pasar el tiempo , 5 días para un servicio de cambio de aceite y filtros, que vergüenza

  This is my second time here. Came here for tire change first time checked in at 11 am they started working immediately but didn't left the site until 8: 00 pm ... today here for battery check, my unit showdown on their yard, they won't even give a quick jumpstart. They got 5 employee walking around doing nothing. It seems like they stop working 1 hour earlier before shift change. Management or team leader, seems clueless and not too cool; will not give you proper answer. Later on asked mechanic who was actively working on unit " can you let me you how long it is gonna take, so my dispatcher can book load accordingly " his response was "I'll let you know when it is done". I wish I don't have to step my foot on this location ever again. Back to review after; 4 hrs later they got the battery hooked up. My GPS charger was in 4 pieces and two metal parts was left inside causing port to shoot fire. 🤣🤣🤣 what a good day !!

  Pésimo servicio 5 DIAS PARA CAMBIAR UNA POMPA DE AGUA, no dan prioridad al trabajo, se la pasan platicando los empleados y por lo tanto se demoran demasiado, ojalá alguien tomara cartas en el asunto y pusiera orden... ATENCION DIRECTIVOS DE LA EMPRESA.
