Their parts and accessories people are very knowledgeable and up to date with all the new gear, accessories, and are fast even with over-the-phone quotes for anything you need. The guys in the service department are great mechanics that actually care about you and your bike. Everybody in sales are really great humble people that are even down to chat while going through the buying process. I’ve been coming to Kent for things here and there for a few years, and have had a great experience every time. It’s not just a great Powersports dealership, but the people are even better! I’ve recently purchased my first street bike from here which I have already had to buy fairings for, and Maribel was awesome for helping me triple check the part numbers on everything before I purchased everything over the phone. She’s also helped me get fitted for the proper gear, helped steer me away from less safe gear, and even got my wife set up with a great helmet. I won’t be planning on going anywhere else for anything powersport related! 10/10

We immediately got the right information about the recall repair, what to expect and an offer to send a truck to bring the bike in if needed. I just came back today from the recall repair at Kent and I am delighted by their professionalism and friendliness. Reid and his partners in the service department were professional, knowledgeable and accommodating. The drive shaft replacement went without a hitch. They test drove the Honda VFR1200F and even offered to wash it for me. Impeccable all around service with smiles. Highly recommended. Cheers.

When I came by to test drive a Honda TransAlp, sales rep wouldn't do anything unless he pulled my credit, did all the numbers for the purchase, and I had agreed to everything before even being able to test drive, spoke to the sales manager who never apologized for anything and only reinforced that I wasn't worthy of their time.
