The teenagers who were tending the wash were nor paying attention and allowed me to wash the holiday gear. Which ruined my entire set up. I had just had a newborn so alas, my sleep patterns were a little less then what I need. I filed a claim and they did nothing. It is very unfortunate because I was thinking about signing up for a membership. This was a trial I received when winning a drawing.

I’m glad I didn’t because the car wash was rough on my driver side mirror which I had to fix and in turn made my driver window dirty again since I had to roll it down. Getting home, I noticed the hood of my car was still really dirty. I paid for the $25 wash and was extremely disappointed. Very average wash.

Im a Former Marine and the Hispanic manager cursed and swore at me for being former Military and have no right to express my concerns of not getting the customer service that I pay for everything month! I will never go back to this location. Unhelpful, unprofessional, no loyalty, no integrity or respect for Military personnel. If you have to go, just go to another location. Ooorah! Semper Fi 🇺🇲.
