For context, I initially went in for questions support about a check Engine light and he gave me all the ways to make sure that I am doing my due diligence of getting it checked out at the right Time and place. He also explained to me all the different things that Jiffy Lube offers and how else they can help me. So I left with my issue solved & knowledge on how to make sure that I am taking care of my car and exactly when to get help.
