- DCDaithí Ó ConchobhairNov 13, 20251.0Warning - Avoid at all costs. If I coukd have given zero stars, I would have. Terrible wash, have been there 3 times and they had to run my truck through twice on the first 2 occasions to get it looking presentable. But it never cleans it properly and forget about your rims looking good afterwards. The 3rd visit was worse, however. The right side washing unit had enough force to bend my 2018 f250 super duty mirror back onto itself and snap off my antenna. The attendant filled out a claim and low and behold it was rejected email (not surprised). Turns out they had conveniently left out the mirror and focussed on the fact that they don't cover antennas. They refused to assist and the reality is, they do not care about their customers. At no point tmdid anybody ask me to remove my antenna or put my mirrors in. Do yourself a favor, take your vehicle somewhere else, don't be like me and come back for more poor quality service and get your vehicle damaged. My dad always taught me that "education is mever cheap" turns out he was right. FYI.... They never even offered me a free wash to make up for any of this (not that I'd take it anyway)

Just an email saying that the report had been received. I think people need to face visible consequences so that they learn to take care of their customers.
