  Would 10/10 recommend. James A was amazing at finding the right camper for us. He was attentive to our camper-needs, without being overbearing. He was very honest and did not sell us something that our vehicle could not handle. Appreciate everything he did- we truly wouldn’t have found our camper without him. THANK YOU JAMES AND THANK YOU CAMPING WORLD!

  Purchased a Polaris from the finance manager Jacob Frazier, back in January 2025 outside of Camping World Katy, which he happens to work at. Paid him in cashier check for it, and he promised me he would pay off the existing loan and send me the title once he get it. It is now November 2025, still hasn't paid off the loan and I still dont have a title. Beware of Jacob Frazier the FINANCE MANAGER Took $15k from me and didn't deliver his promise of getting me my title.

  Horrible customer service walked in on a Sunday ready to buy a travel trailer and the salespeople were too busy to work with us. I got in contact with Gareth who couldn't be bothered to follow up or return a message. The sales manager Paul didn't want to waste his time. Then I went to another store to try to secure the trailer on Tuesday to find out it has been sold.

  I took my RV to Camping World for service and spent $1,600 to make sure my tanks weren’t mixing. They never even emptied the tanks to confirm anything. I also paid them to install a $1,000 refrigerator. I had one small dent before dropping it off, and when I picked it up, there were three more. They claimed it was already dented and said they had a picture but that same photo will clearly show the new dents they caused. I had opened a flap to give them access to check the tanks, and they never bothered to close it. I had to tape it up myself before leaving. They also left wires hanging underneath the RV. To make matters worse, they didn’t even install the fridge bracket which was sitting right in front of the refrigerator and clearly visible. They told me there wasn’t one, even though it was right there. Overall, extremely careless work, lack of attention to detail, and zero accountability. I would not recommend Camping World for service to anyone.

  We purchased a used RV from this dealer in 2022. The condition was horrible and we had no idea what to expect or look for at the time of purchase as we just sold our home to live in the camper full time. Rotten floors, awning issues, it was disgusting, but we moved on. Fast forward to now, we were looking something to better fit us as we have been living in a camper full time for about 3 years now. Due to the quality of the current camper we had, we weren't expecting to get much out of it and steered away from trade in. We gave camping world ALL the information they asked for when asked if we would like to trade, just to see! We told them the truth about a soft spot on the floor and a place where the flooring was coming up (I have dogs) and painted walls. They assured us none of these things were an issue and they will give us a great amount of money trade in. Obviously before I start to pack of my entire life into boxes, I wanted to be sure this was a for sure number and we would have no issues. WRONG. We got to the dealership, they obviously gave us way less than the amount before. And we were stuck for hours trying to figure out what to do. Once we finally made the decision to just purchase another camper and keep our older one, they come back with insane numbers and interest making our payment almost the same as what it would be if we traded it in. It made no sense. It wasn’t adding up nor worth it in my opinion. I understand “this is what the bank is saying” but I didn’t trust it as they had everybody from the back office try to come and talk to us. Finance had the nerve to say “I think you should go ahead and sign for this interest rate because you guys have had a long day” WHAT? A manager even told my husband hasn’t had any rec loans for another rv purchase when we have financed four-wheelers, boats, trailers (which he runs his business on?), etc. To be fair, we are young & I think they thought it would be easy to pull a fast one on us. My entire life was in boxes just to go home with the same camper. A complete waste of time. At the end of the day, I should’ve learned my lesson the first time around at this dealership! And I will not be coming back!
