  Un asco la atención de verdad tomo esta medidas para expresarme no es primera ves q esta tienda trate mal a uno no sirven para la atención al cliente y lastima q todos paguen por igual en esa tienda solo uno trata bien a la gente es un señor alto viejo The service is awful. I'm taking this measure to express my frustration. It's not the first time this store has treated me badly. They're useless at customer service, and it's a shame everyone pays the same price. Only one person treats people well—a tall, old man.

  I’ve been an AutoZone customer for a long time and almost never had any problems until this time, when I had to replace my wife’s car battery for the second time. On a previous occasion, I bought the same brand of battery (Duralast) and they helped me install it without any excuses. This time, I went to the store and politely asked if they could check the battery and replace it if necessary. The employee came out, tested it, and told me it needed to be replaced. I said yes, I’d buy it so they could help me install it. Then that employee walked away to ask someone else. A second person came over and told me they couldn’t do it. I explained that the battery was a Duralast — the same brand they sell — and asked why they couldn’t replace it. He walked away again, and when I asked for his name, he replied in a disrespectful and arrogant way, saying, “My name is John, el mero mero and I’m the boss of the store.” It felt like they refused to install the battery because they want the informal mechanics outside to do it instead. I then called customer service, was put on hold, gave my information, and was told a regional manager would call me back. It’s been two days, and I’ve never received a call. AutoZone has a great variety of products, but the employees at this location need better training and should learn to treat customers with respect. Also, regional managers should take the time to respond to unsatisfied customers.
