At 1:30 in the morning, stranded in Junction, Texas, this technician showed up and did everything possible to get my Tesla running again. Even though we couldn’t get it back on the road that night, he never gave up. He stayed until every option was tried, making sure I wasn’t left feeling abandoned in the middle of nowhere.
