Then I was transferred when I called back once more and they had me wait 10 minutes on hold only for nobody to answer. Totally turned my interest away from the dealership. Rude customer service, this isn’t how a dealership or a salesmen should be acting.

After getting a price I was comfortable with, I went back and spoke with Mo in financing. After speaking with Mo, he brought up bumper to bumper, service warranty, and gap insurance. This was all optional at first. Once I decided I did not want them, he said they actually are not optional. I either sign with the add ons, or he would raise the price 5k to counteract those coverages I was denying. Very disappointed as I was ready to sign with what he had told me the day prior. Very shady and unprofessional.

When I look at my new tire I have a nexus when I clear as day , on my receipt purchase a p zero Pirelli for 177$ comes out to be 200 and some change also called at 3 some stating I wanted the Pirelli tire pacifically. Fast forward, Called multiple times at 7 for someone in sales to keep hanging up in my face. I’m very disappointed

I initially came in for what I thought would be a simple repair, only to discover that my engine needed to be completely replaced. I was feeling pretty overwhelmed and uncertain about what to do next. Braydon was the only salesperson who took the time to approach me and genuinely ask how I was doing. When I explained my situation, he listened carefully and went above and beyond to help me find the best solution. He worked incredibly hard to get me a great deal on a vehicle, and his professionalism and compassion during a stressful time made all the difference. If you're looking for someone who truly cares about their customers and will fight to get you the best outcome, I highly recommend working with Braydon Sorenson. He turned what could have been a terrible experience into a positive one, and I'm so grateful for his help!

I thought I was going to get the usual "no we can't do that, I'm sorry" type of treatment. But after just a few minutes my dreams became more and more of a reality. After we ran the paperwork and I was approved for a huge monthly payment discount, my mind was blown. Thank you to everyone at Clay Cooley for being so... COOL!
