  Apparently a fraudulent claim was filed on my warranty 1/16/2023 for a key replacement that I never submitted nor requested. I purchasedmy truck april 2022. I tried to get scratches and dents repaired in 2024 and was unsuccessful. The dealership kept my truck for several days and then tells me I have to drive it to the repair facility and when I call easy care they did not do anything and then it was oh we changed companies. Then in 2025 when I try again to get the repairs done my contract expires. Now easy care says there was no claim filed for scratches/dent repair in 2024 when the dealership literally took pictures and swnt everything to me for the claim I files. This is the worst! Clay cooleys family guarantee is a bunch of bs I called in september of october spoke to servicing and they can't read the warranty per the girl in servicing and then I get sent to someone via text to assist and he gets all.of my info and stops texting me back. When I first bought my truck less than 30 days the truck wouldn't drive past 5 miles the day I went to get my plates and they had to keep my truck the mgr at the time was supposed to swap my vins and he did not do that. I also told servicing that my truck jerks/jumps forward when I take my foot off the brake or whe. I am braking and they didnt3 fix that 3 years later and it is still happening! How do you forge my signature for a key replacement a year after I bought my truck!

  Buyer beware - shady business practices I purchased a Bronco 3 weeks ago at Clay Cooley Ford. This is just a warning in case all of the Clay Cooley dealerships have the same practices. I went in asking for the advertised price. I was told the only way to get the advertised price with to purchase their Family Guarantee which was simple a claw back of the discount shown in their advertisement. Shady business tactic at best. Next, the finance team messed up my finance paperwork for my trade in and they are holding on to nearly $5,000 of my money. It's been 3 weeks and counting. This is the absolute worst purchasing experience that I have had.

  Doing a review on the service side. Will do another review once the car we have here is done but as of now it’s been 24 hours with our car and no diagnosis has been done we extended our concern with missing work and not having any other vehicle. The response was once the technician is done we can move forward ….. we understand work load can be difficult but if you say a certain time to have an answer by we expect that time … I am now missing work with no sure time when I will have an answer

  As I sit here reading these reviews, I am scratching my head. I talked to someone for two days via text about a vehicle. I drive over there and they don’t even have that vehicle. How can you advertise one thing and not even have it and then talk to someone about that same vehicle and it’s just like off of the conversation. Wouldn’t be so bad but I just drove 60 miles to get this vehicle so unless you want lies or just come in as a quick drive-through, this might be your place. I suggest don’t do research before you go looking at their lot.
