Sarah Iraheta provided me with excellent service from the time that I arrived all the way up until the time that I left. I’m happy to see Customer Service improving here at this location. Thanks again for helping me! P.S The Service Manager Rolando was very respectful and also played a part in creating a comfortable experience during my services.

The only reason they are getting one star is because I have to. They had a car on their website and I interacted with Jerry who is supposedly AI but I don't buy that. He was too real for that. The picture on the website wasn't even the same car they were selling. They had me drive all the way down here to test drive the car and come to find out it didn't pass inspection. Soooo why did you post it before inspection?? Then to not even have the same car in the picture is bait and switch. Get it together. You just wasted my damn time.

I have been using this dealership’s service department for several years, and unfortunately the last few visits have been consistently disappointing. To be clear, this review is not about the quality of the mechanical work—the work itself has been acceptable. The issue is the significant decline in communication and customer service after the vehicle is dropped off. In the past, the service experience was very different. I was greeted at my truck upon arrival, received automated updates once service began, and—most importantly—the advisor would call to walk through the technician’s findings in detail. For example, if tires were recommended, they would explain tread depth, overall condition, and how much usable life remained beyond what was shown online. That level of communication no longer exists. While the automated text updates and status link still remain, actual human communication has essentially disappeared. Phone calls go unanswered, messages route to voicemail without follow-up, and when someone does answer, I am often passed around without resolution. Trying to speak with my assigned advisor has become unnecessarily difficult. My last two visits were on 07/07/2025 and 12/29/2025, and I raised these concerns directly with a manager on both occasions. Despite that feedback, nothing has improved. During an earlier visit, I walked into the service area and observed courtesy drivers sitting on their phones discussing who would pick up a Starbucks order, while no one acknowledged me standing there as a customer. When I was finally greeted, the advisor did not introduce herself or provide her name. I later learned she was my assigned advisor. This was also my first visit since my previous advisor, Ian, was no longer available. Overall, it feels like customer service is no longer a priority, and that has been the case for quite some time. Even after escalating concerns to management twice, there has been no meaningful change. That lack of accountability is ultimately why I am leaving this review. This dealership used to set a higher standard. Unfortunately, based on recent experiences, that standard is no longer being met.

Found a vehicle online and reached out to confirm it was available and told it was. It took a couple of days to get to the dealership due to our daughter getting sick but the morning of I sent the salesman a message saying we will be coming, and then when we were leaving our house (which is 1 hour away) I messaged again. When we got to the dealership, we were told the car was sold 2 days ago. There was more than 1 opportunity to tell us before we drove the hour. They pulled a "comparable" vehicle for us to look at but it didn't meet any of the same criteria. We told the person we were disappointed and left. We will be writing Clay Cooley off as a possible dealership to work with in the future.

Brought our 2025 truck in for maintenance and check engine light at 9AM on Friday. The advisor never contacted my husband once. He called at 5PM and was told it’d be ready at 6PM. They said running a diagnostic takes a few hours. Anyway, they said the fix would take a few days, but since they knew we were going out of town we’d take it back new year and that the truck was safe to drive. We got to our destination then more lights hit the dashboard and the engine light is blinking. Now, it’s in the shop in the city we’re visiting. Debated sharing this, but considering the stressful predicament we’re in, we now realize we’ve been under reacting. This truck was not safe to drive to begin with. Their service really let us down. EDIT: Spoke to Rolando in Service Dept., let him know AJ never called to explain ANYTHING, and this can be confirmed with Missy who had to call AJ to give us the weak update over a 20 second phn call to Missy. Mind you they gladly took the $1,000 pymt for the rotor change, which we've now been informed was extremely too soon for a vehicle with under 18,000 miles. Please take note these advisers earn commission. Zero (0) accountability taken from anyone in the service department. We give a lot of business to Clay Cooley, but we will now be taking our business elsewhere.
