    My car service was completed in less time than expected. Plus, they did a service upgrade on my ignition starter that I had only just the day before been notified about from Kia. That was a step beyond and I much appreciated it. The service advisor Tim Gough was friendly and never seemed rushed. Generally I have not had many mentionable experiences with Kia Service Depts. but this one was. So Tim & Crew get a well done.

    The selection of vehicles was very good at the Hurst location, and I found a vehicle that had all of the options my wife and I were looking for. My sales associate (Joe Bailey) did a good job answering my questions and even let me take the vehicle to my wife to show her and let her drive it since she did not come to the dealership with me. We had previously purchased vehicles from Mortiz (Jeep Wrangler) and I appreciate the way they treat their customers.

    Absolutely the best! My car broke down on the side of the road and I was absolutely terrified. I called and Moritz took care of me instantly. Rachel Nunley is my service advisor and she helped me every step of the way and kept me well informed about my car and helped with my warranty and even saved me money. Almost brought me to tears. I’ll continue my business there always. The cashier Tim is also very kind and helpful. I enjoyed talking to him and giving him my business as well! Love Moritz! :) 🙌🏻

    I have to brag on my own experience at Kia with the Repair Dept. I have always been treated well, but this time was exceptional. I had Rachel Nunley, who stepped up when I came for the first time in 15 years when my car had a real problem beyond normal maintenance. She arranged for me a drive home and offered a ride to dealership the next day. However I just went on and took a book ..but she had come in early and got people on it, so I was extremely surprised and happy. I just want to let Management know..you have female customers and it shows your concern for their understanding and satisfaction. Yep I always tell others about your dealership Thank You, Rhonda L.     Love my car, do not appreciate the customer service. Bought a car on october 27 an orange 2023 Kia forte pre owned. Seller was rude to my mother who was also my co signer. Stating he was doing us a favor by getting us a car, how is that a favor when I’m paying for it? A joke. Told my mother she would receive a $100 referral check here we are almost in 2026 and no check. I call up there and a man in sells says i need to speak to my sales man and provides personal cell number. Why is this not something finance can assist with? My mother has always done business with Kia, all her cars are from Kia. If this is how repeating and loyal customers are treated this will be the last Kia purchased by either of us.
