  I stopped by Club Car Wash after seeing they had taken over Groovy Car Wash. They were having a grand opening sale, offering a one dollar wash, and the girl at the window was friendly. She told me about their subscription, and even though I have never signed up for a car wash subscription in my life, I figured I would give it a try since I am driving a newer car and want to keep it clean. I was told clearly that it would be ten dollars for three months of washes. That was the only reason I agreed. I signed up, went through the wash, and used it weekly. Then I got an email saying they had a new app, so I downloaded it. Once I logged in, I found out I had been put on a monthly plan that would charge ten dollars every month. I cancelled immediately and saw that they had already billed me. There is no local number, no manager on site, and no one at the actual location who can fix anything, so I called the customer support line. I explained that I had been misled and had never been given any terms or conditions. They submitted a ticket for a refund. Three days later I got a call telling me my refund was denied. No explanation that made sense. No attempt to look at the situation. No care at all that their employee gave incorrect information. I asked to speak to a manager or appeal the decision and was told that I could not. There is no higher level to talk to, no accountability, nothing. I am sure the employees at the wash are nice, but the company itself has completely lost my trust. I do not feel safe or respected as a customer. I do not even want to use their wash for a single one time visit now. I am a special needs mom and money is tight, yet this company is so rigid and careless that ten dollars is their line in the sand. That tells me everything I need to know about their morals and how they operate. They took what started as an exciting and easy experience and destroyed it. I will never return, and I will make sure anyone who mentions them knows exactly how misleading, untrustworthy, and customer hostile this company is
