They're definitely top tier in my experience, little as it may be. Highly recommend, though.

- SSSeanNov 21, 20251.0Dont ever take your car their for repairs, I did as was in accident and the driver had GEICO, been paying for all these repairs still 5 yrs later that Veterans Collision failed to find even after showing proof of pictures of how the accident occurred, the staff is rude, no wonder they have high turnaround. I had to question and bring back my truck several times after the initial repairs and they kept my vehicle for extra days which caused me out of pocket car rental fees. Had my truck re-inspected after the work by 3 different shops and all concurred that they didn't fix the issues that were caused by the wreck, when confronted they get super defensive. I would highly recommend you find another shop then these people
