- JLjayla lintonAug 21, 20251.0If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I came in yesterday to get my windshield replaced, and the customer service was terrible from start to finish. First, when I arrived, no one gave me any clear directions other than to park in the fourth slot. When I went inside to speak with the receptionist, she was on the phone and simply told me to sign in and have a seat. She didn’t ask for my keys or even verify which vehicle was mine. After my vehicle was finished and I had already paid, I went outside to get my car. Because they never took my keys like they were supposed to, they triggered the anti-theft system in my vehicle. Instead of taking responsibility, the owner refused to help, claimed it wasn’t his problem, and even threatened to call the police if I didn’t leave. Keep in mind—how was I supposed to leave if my car wouldn’t start? In the end, I had to tow my vehicle to my mechanic, who reset the anti-theft system. Long story short: this business is unprofessional, rude, and racist. I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy. The owner continues to refuse to take responsibility for his staff’s mistakes.

A place of business that does not do what is supposed to do or cannot be trusted, now I see why they make you pay up front and and set inside of a building, you can't see them.
