Bought a brand new explorer st from doggett and wanted them to service it. So far the experience has been less than stellar. Had the vehicles first oil change and was not presented with proper options. Had to get a synthetic blend instead of full synthetic like i wanted. Brand new car without a scratch but now a have a mark on the edge of my rim after getting home. Sticks out on grey wheels. Also ordered ford accessories to be installed by the dealer. The service writer was confused and transferred me to numbers no one answered or returned messages after leaving my information. They wanted my vehicle for 3 days on a 2 hour job. I am now in search of a place I can call My ford dealer.

Do not come to this dealership. The finance team cannot get anything done. They will lie to you about finding a bank, then it’ll fall through for one reason or another. They told us to keep driving the new vehicle while they sorted things out with the bank. It’s been a MONTH. Meanwhile, the truck that my husband traded in, is sitting on their lot for sale, as well as being advertised online. Oh, but we still have to pay on the trade in because, well, the finance team hasn’t done anything to fix the situation they created. We look forward to a resolution, however, we are going to have to pursue other forms of action with the OCCC in order to get anything done. The finance team WILL NOT call customers back. Do yourselves a favor and find another dealership. I’m trying to save you from the heartbreak and mental stress of this place.

Parts department refused to even try to help me. I have the exact date I purchased the battery and I asked if he could look up the invoice based on the VIN or part number. It's a very very rare battery, and with experience in the industry, I know for a fact he can see the last time the battery was sold by the part number. He said it would take too long. He mentioned he has other accounts to work and sales to do. He reiterated that it would take too long when I asked if he was either able or unwilling to help me. He also stated that records are purged after one year. I do hope that is not a lie. To expect your customers in 2025 to hang on to a piece of paper or lose their warranty is unreasonable at best and predatory at worst. Being stranded and having to change plans as a result of a dead battery is stressful enough already. There was absolutely zero empathy nor professionalism. I terminated the phone call by thanking him for his time. I was in the market for a Full sized Bronco,NOT the sport, within the next year. Your loss Doggett/Russell and Smith. I'll go elsewhere. That Wrangler 4XE is looking a whole lot better now. At this moment I'm definitely feeling petty enough to update this review with a photo of the Jeep when I buy it.

Bait and switch dealership. Found a vehicle online and called to confirm that they had it in stock and that it was available. Once I get there, and it was a long drive, “oh gee, it just sold” and then tried to sell me something I wasn’t interested in. Definitely do not recommend.
