- MKMike K.Sep 24, 20251.0I will also leave a negative review. I have a van, and I work as a driver. On September 22, I arrived at this gas station hoping to spend the night and continue my route in the morning. But unfortunately, at 12 a.m. a security guard woke me up and asked me to leave the premises. There were plenty of free parking spots, but despite that, I was told to go. The employee was polite, I have no complaints about her. My question to Pilot management is: why do you act this way? On September 23, I had a 630-mile route. I could have slept for 6 hours, but because of your policy I only managed to sleep 4.5 hours, since I had to drive to another truck stop located an hour away. Do you think such a long drive is easy after such a short rest? Let me remind you that such actions endanger not only my life but also the lives of other drivers. We bring good profit to your company by regularly fueling at your stations. All we need is just a little rest. My request: if you still want to make drivers leave your property, please do it in the morning and allow them to catch their breath. Sleep is the only time when a driver can recover before the road. I hope for your understanding and trust that this message will reach the company’s upper management.
