- QXQi Xia3 days ago2.0Used Metropolis once with a rental car, returned the vehicle, and days later was wrongly charged $33 at a different lot Their license-plate system reused my payment method for a subsequent renter. This is a serious system design flaw. Customers should not be responsible for charges caused by rental car plate reuse. I’m also concerned that the representative showed no apology at all. Very poor experience.
