- JVJeremy VelaMay 11, 20251.0Parking attendant was rude and did not notify me that he would move my vehicle. He moved my vehicle and left my door unlocked. He could have damaged my vehicle and had it broken into. He would not give me his name when I confronted him. He told me to never park there again. When I contacted metropolis to address the issue they just told me that I needed to pay and never addressed the parking attendant issue. They have terrible customer service. I would advise anyone to avoid parking there in the future. Terrible company.
