- CGCory GeislerDec 5, 20251.0Biggest joke of a company I’ve ever dealt with. Do not ever park in any of their garages. $60 to park for 6 hours is an absolute joke. Just as big of a joke as the two females I talked to on the phone. They shouldn’t have a job but it makes sense as to why they have a job at this catastrophe of a company because I promise you they wouldn’t anywhere else. Mind you I was talking to a manager. Absolute joke!!!!!

No where on the app, does it say the cost of parking now (which changed because it used to when it was 27 dollars for the day), so there would be no way to know this changed! Of course they will not show the price of 60 dollars to park (which is DOUBLE the cost of parking downtown at the smith garage for the full day - which is comparable parking), because it would be ABSOLUTELY absurd to anyone to pay that - let alone charge that. ITS A PARKING GARAGE AT AN APARTMENT COMPLEX?!?! This is insane. I really hope people do not park here or if they do, prepare to be charged an amount you are not aware of.
