My Dad and Uncle have purchased good quality used tires and I've even recommended this shop to people who were looking for used tires and who were looking to patch a tire. Even when i lived out of town I would drive into Houston just to buy tires from them. Then recently I bought used tires from them 4 months ago, I went here because I always considered them to be fairly priced and to give good service. However the tires i got this last time didn't last. The tires are starting to separate and it's incredibly disappointing because I've always been able to trust the tires I got from them to last. Whenni brought it to their attention the were immediately claiming that my alignment was off. I got an alignment immediately after getting my last used tires from them as I always do. The tread wear was fairly even across the board yet the tire was separating. I was incredibly disappointed, this was not the service I had come to expect from this shop which always treated me fairly and had always done a great job. Unfortunately I won't be going back.
