Received txt msg immediately on landing with link to pay. Car was ready when I got to the valet booth on level 4 at Terminal C. Valet started the car took my luggage and put in my trunk and I was on my way. No need to scan a ticket to exit the parking lot, my license plate was scanned and gate opened. I will use valet parking every time I fly out of IAH. So hassle free. Loved it.

Then they needed to see my email confirmation from when I made the reservation, which I had to fight through my massive amounts of emails I get. Simultaneously as I am looking for all this stuff on my phone there is a bell boy grabbing my bag asking if need help loading it in my truck. Why can’t all this information be obtained by simply giving my last name to look up the reservation, instead of making me fumble through a bunch of confirmation messages from the reservation? My driver seat was also adjusted. At this point, it’s better to self park.
