On exiting the parking I was asked to pay another $ 15.00 as valet guys didn’t give me any receipt/code to exit. The person at exit cudnt get in touch with valet and I cudnt go back . So I paid the extra money to exit..

The people at the check in are not very professional and sometimes they get your bags and sometimes they do not. The code they send to have your car ready on your return flight never works either.

The employees are helpful with unloading and loading and are quick to bring the car around when we return. It’ll be the best money you’ve ever spent and honestly it’s not that much more than regular airport parking.

I was almost in tears because I was in so much pain from trying to get out of there. When I made it to the valet area to pick up my car, Robert was at the desk and he was nothing short of amazing! His attitude and care to help me was great. He shows to be very passionate about his job and his customer service is very good. He was very quick with helping me get my car and put the stuff into it. He wasn't moving slow, It was a very quick process when dealing with him. - WBWyn BomarDec 27, 20251.0DO NOT RECOMMEND! I flew out of terminal C, where I valeted, but landed in E, no car transfer, took about an hour to walk to C with all of my luggage. When I finally got there, they could not find my keys. When they finally did, the attendant clicked my car unlocked, and handed me the keys to walk anither 200 yards. I had a ten in my hand, and had requested change at window so they knew I was going to tip, but after this debacle, I did not tip and wull not use this service again.
