No response. 8) had to get out of the car and go to the cashier to get them to open the gate 9) employees blamed a “technology” issue Worst experience Ever

SIR YOU DO KNOW THIS IS VALET right.....with that type of rudeness you need to be placed in another department RANSFORD needs a customer service refresher or just have the guy with the dreads show him

It would be good if you could put in flight details when you make a reservation instead of after. Would speed up drop off too. Also, reservations should be able to be made closer to flight time.
